1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of WIGS Rentals & Removals LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and dump trailer rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Services

2.1 Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to trailer availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

2.2 Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends at the scheduled pickup time. Trailers must be accessible for pickup at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply for extended rentals.

2.3 Delivery and Pickup

We deliver within a 75-mile radius of Orlando, FL. The delivery location must be accessible for our delivery truck. You are responsible for ensuring proper placement area and obtaining any necessary permits.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Materials

Our trailers may be used for:

• General household debris and junk
• Furniture and appliances
• Yard waste and landscaping debris
• Construction and renovation materials
• Roofing shingles
• Concrete, brick, and dirt (subject to weight limits)

3.2 Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, pesticides, solvents)
• Paint and paint containers
• Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
• Batteries of any kind
• Tires
• Medical waste
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Any illegal materials

Loading prohibited materials may result in additional fees, refusal of pickup, or legal action.

3.3 Weight Limits

Each trailer has a maximum weight capacity. Exceeding the weight limit is prohibited and may result in additional charges. Our 10ft trailer has a 7,000 lb limit; our 14ft trailer has a 10,000 lb limit.

4. Payment and Pricing

4.1 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Pricing

Pricing includes the rental fee and delivery/pickup within our service area. Additional fees may apply for: extended delivery distance, rental extensions, overweight loads, or prohibited materials.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery: Refund minus the applicable cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery: Subject to approval and the applicable cancellation fee
• No-shows or cancellations after delivery: No refund

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5.3 Rental Extension Payments

Customer-requested rental extension payments are non-refundable once charged, including if you later shorten or cancel the extension.

6. Liability and Damages

6.1 Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage to the trailer during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. You are also responsible for any damage to property caused by the trailer placement or contents.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIGS Rentals & Removals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WIGS Rentals & Removals LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing communications from WIGS Rentals & Removals LLC. The following terms apply to our messaging program:

1. This campaign sends SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@wigsrr.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
